Registration & Fees

REGISTRATION

For the registration please use this on-line registration form.

 

*Students applying for the Reduced Student Fee should ask their supervisors to send in parallel with the on-line registration a short letter by e-mail confirming their student status to registration(at)go-mice.eu

All the above fees include 20% V.A.T.

The Registration Fee for participants and students includes:
• Entrance to the scientific session
• Certificate of attendance
• Congress folders, badge, Final Programme and Book of Abstracts
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches on Monday, June 4, Tuesday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 6
• Welcome party on Sunday, June 3
• Afternoon excursion on Wednesday, June 6
• Gala Dinner on Wednesday, June 6

The Registration Fee for accompanying persons includes:
• Welcome party on Sunday, June 3
• Afternoon excursion on Wednesday, June 6
• Gala Dinner on Wednesday, June 6

PAYMENTS
Payment in Euro (€) without any charges to the beneficiary should be made:
By credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard)
or
By bank transfer (Please fill in the billing address data including the V.A.T. number in the on-line registration form. Technical organizer will send you a pro-forma invoice).

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the Registration Fee is received by the Organizers. Written confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Technical Organizer:

Cancellation costs
• Cancellation before May 1, 2012 – 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
• Cancellation after May 2, 2012 – no refund will be given after this date

All refunds will be paid after the Conference.
